Summer is the time for cooling off in the water, and one of the best ways to do that is in a boat! While you’re here at the library, though, feel free to build a miniature boat for yourself, using just cardstock, construction paper, and a straw. Then make a paper sea for your boat to sail on, complete with choppy waves made with fun crinkly scissors!
