Have a blast for Independence Day by turning ordinary cupcake liners into colorful fireworks! In this craft, you’ll draw whatever designs you wish on the cupcake liner, just as if it were something you’d see at a real fireworks show. Then, cut a fringe into your designs and glue them onto a sheet of black card stock to light up the (paper) night!
