Registration is required. This program is  limited to 10 PTPLD patrons. Patrons may   register  one (1) guest.

Create some noise this summer with these mini flower pot wind chimes! Paint a small flowerpot and string beads and bells together to create this beautiful little outdoor  decoration. Hang it up outside and enjoy the jingling sounds of bells in your yard on windy days.
