Please join musician and historian Clarence Goodman on Chicago’s importance to the arts. This program addresses Chicago's evolution from Boom Town to Fine Arts mecca beginning in the post-Fire era. We look at the motivation, movers, challenges, milestones, and landmark pieces as Chicago's Fine Arts community battles to emerge from the shadow of it big brother: Chicago Architecture.
