Registration is required. This program is limited to 12 PTPLD participants. Patrons may register one (1) guest.
Please note that this program will be meeting in person.
The plant(s) that you will be planting have a history. Their ancestors go back to Germany, where these “house-leeks” were used to cover a house’s roof. Kathleen Obirek’s neighbor, now 91 years old, brought a few from Germany, many, many years ago- the plant she dearly cherishes. In your outdoor garden, grow them in containers, in a rock garden, in the poorest of soils. This is a must have succulent, foretelling of a “long life”, even in harsh conditions.
