You know, not all monsters are scary – some are super cute, especially when they’re made of colorful paper! Kids will have a SCREAM of a time making any monster they desire, starting with a construction-paper cone as the main body, and then adding whatever details they want to it. Feathers, googly eyes, rhinestones, and other “accessories” for the monster will be provided.
