Registration is required. This program is limited to 20 PTPLD

participants. Patrons may register one (1) guest. Please note that this program will be meeting in-person.

Learn the technique for making a “perfect bow” as Kathleen Obirek, floral designer and educator, guides you in the process.  In this special ribbon art program, you will also learn how to make slit-ribbon butterflies.  One lucky participant will win a ribbon splitter.  Please bring sharp scissors, a 12” ruler, and a small stapler.  All other materials will be provided.
