Registration is required. This program is limited to 20 PTPLD participants. Patrons may register two (2) guests. Please note that this program will be meeting in person.                    

It was a dark and stormy night... as you made your way to the haunted library to drop off your scary story! The Creative Writing Group challenges you to submit your most spooky story or poem. Bonus points if it takes place in Burbank. Extra bonus points if it's based on a true tale! Submit your story to Adult Services by October 18th. You can also email it to yramirez@prairietrailslibrary.org by the deadline. Join the Creative Writing Group meeting on October 18th at 7pm if you would like to read your story/poem out loud or just to hear some chilling tales. Staff will vote on their favorite spooky piece of writing. Winner will be announced on October 31st!  This is a monthly program. Consistent participation is encouraged.
