The holidays are a time for celebration, having good times with loved ones, and eating delicious food. This November, the Creative Writing Group invites you to create a family heirloom perfect for the holidays. That heirloom is a home décor wooden plaque with a recipe and a short story about why this dish is important to you. All you need to bring is the recipe and an idea for a story about your recipe, or a memory about why the recipe is special to you. We’ll provide you with a wooden sign that you can decorate and a recipe template that you can fill out. Then, you can swap recipes with others! Don’t worry if you’re not a seasoned writer. This is a great activity for beginners or anyone interested in sharing recipes with others. This is a monthly program. Consistent participation is encouraged
