Sylvia Rabianski, LCPC, from the Stickney Township Public Health District's Behavioral Health Division will be hosting a workshop on building self-esteem. Topics discussed will include: tapping into your courageous self; identifying your strengths and increasing your self worth; and, learning strategies to maintain your positive self-image.
