Sylvia Rabianski, LCPC, from the Stickney Township Public Health District will be presenting a workshop on self-esteem.  The workshop will focus on: tapping into your courageous self; identifying your strengths and increasing your self-worth; and learning strategies to maintain your positive self-image.
