Join Dr. Manish Saggar, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University as he explores the aspect of going within rather than without! He will discuss the blocking out of stressful triggers, finding peace by living in the current moment and all this is possible by incorporating a simple time-tested meditation technique. There will even be a short meditation sitting. This can help us achieve a lasting state of peace and happiness found through no outer experience.
