Make a COLORFUL snail craft with the provided paper plate, pipe cleaner and paint! Cut the plate in a spiral manner and put dots of different colored paint with a cotton ball.
Letter S activity sheets will be provided.

A story about a snail who, being round herself, loved everything round. She loves the moon best of all and decides to somehow visit it. Clementine enlists her best friend, a snake named Paul, and they make two failed attempts (via trampoline and slingshot) before they hit on a solution. Clementine does not reach the moon, but she's carried far enough out to space to realize that the Earth, too, is round.

The Story of Snail & Fish by Deborah Freedman
Fish and Snail live in a book, and that suits Snail fine. But Fish likes to explore other volumes and reports back to snail, "The new book has a whole ocean, and a secret treasure, and a pirate ship!" Snail's refusal to budge leads to an argument, with Fish swimming off the page and out of Snail's book entirely. Finally Snail finds the courage to plunge into the new book as an attempt at reconciliation.
